Processing" of Personal Data means any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic means. The data provided by the user are recorded on electronic databases owned by Tenute Shardana Soc. Agr. a R.L.S.who is also responsible for processing and storage. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING We wish to inform you that the data collected will be used for:

The Data may be processed on behalf of the Sorgente Solare Srl Company by employees expressly appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA The data may be communicated to:
- Commercial collaborators and/or external partner companies performing work for Sorgente Solare in the development of the services and products requested;
- Third-party companies that provide the service of sending newsletters and DEM, autonomous data controllers, whose privacy policy can be consulted at their respective links;
- Companies that support and maintain our website.
The aforementioned persons have been expressly appointed as external data processors pursuant to Art. 29 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Personal data collected will not be transferred outside the EU.
RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data will only be kept for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, in line with the principles of necessity and proportionality of processing. This is without prejudice to storage obligations imposed by laws or regulations. All data relating to CVs received will be kept for a period not exceeding three years in the Controller's archives; after this time they will be destroyed without further notice. Furthermore, the Controller reserves the right to destroy information or any document containing personal data deemed inconsistent with the aforementioned purposes.
DATA SECURITY The personal data to be processed shall be kept in such a way as to minimise, through the adoption of appropriate and preventive security measures, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, of unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes of the collection described above.

Limitations of liability
Tenute Shardana Soc. Agr. a R.L.S. is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products, nor for damages resulting from delays or delivery errors attributable to the customer.
Age requirements
To purchase wine and other alcoholic products, you must be at least 18 years old. The customer is required to confirm his or her age when placing the order. In the event that a minor attempts to make a purchase, the order will be cancelled.
Age verification on delivery
Our delivery partner may require age verification upon delivery. We recommend that you have a valid identity document at hand to avoid delays or order cancellations.
Payment Methods
The accepted payment methods are specified on the checkout page. All transactions are protected by encryption systems.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery will be made within the time specified in the order. In the event of delays, the customer will be promptly informed. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure.
Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, with the right to a refund, provided that the product is undamaged and unopened. Quality assurance
All our wines are carefully selected and are shipped in optimal condition. In the event of faults or damaged products, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product to proceed with a replacement or refund.
